Later I wanted to report an issue we were having. I sent two text messages through their website link and QR code. No response! I had to make an extra effort to get a response. No apology."

"Room was old but the bunk beds were really enjoyed by our two teenagers. The water slide was a lot of fun. Staff was phenomenal - family focused. The breakfast was great - the coffee machine is awesome and the pancake maker was a hit!"
