This property has been restored with its ancient architectural features preserved and converted into 4 appealing apartments (one of which occupied by the property owners) offering tastefully furnished interiors that allow their guests a combination of old charm and contemporary design. Splendid extensive views of the surrounding vineyards and valleys.
By renting the 3 apartments together it is possible to obtain a villa with private swimming-pool. You may also opt to join the two ground floor apartments Lugliano 3 and 4 to sleep 4.
Distances: The centre of Lugliano only a few metres away, Bagni di Lucca with supermarkets and a variety of shops and restaurants approx. 2 km. Lucca approx. 23 km, Pisa approx.50 km, Florence approx. 80 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, Roman swimming pool (9x 4 m -maximum depth 1,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and covered terrace. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities available. A car is necessary.

mitten im Dorf, Zufahrt mit dem Auto möglich - Achtung - schmale Gassen, einspurig! Tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel, sehr ruhig gelegen sehr gut ausgestattet.gute Betten, hoher Schlafkomfort. kleines Dorf am Hang, freundliche Begegnungen mit den Einheimischen.sehr gepflegt und sauber. ja, nur gibt es im Dorf kein Geschäft und kein Lokal. angenehme Wassertemperatur, Kein Chlor - Salz. hochwertige Ausstattung. sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Lugliano. The views from the villa and pool are amazing, it's a short drive from Bagni di Lucca which has a supermarket and a few restaurants. Sperry, the owner, is very welcoming. It's a very quiet location but we enjoyed day trips to Lucca and Leaning Tower of Pisa while we were here too.
