"July 2023 was hot, but we persevered and visit many wonderful places in the North of Italy. So when we arrived in Camaiore we were ready to take it a bit easier. The villa is lovely. It is spacious and the setup gives you the choice to stay in the house, garden or somewhere else. We also particularly liked the fact the kitchen had all the right gear to cook. "This little farmhouse is 100 years old and still had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, nice showers and plenty of hot water. It gave us a taste of a life lived long ago. Views were beautiful and the town of Lucca was 20 minutes away by car. Shopping there is great. The farmhouse is remote, quiet, and in the middle of olive trees. Wi-Fi was good, and the parking was a nice amenity. Massimo provided us with a lot of local information which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"My spouse and I held our wedding here and it was beyond perfect. We are from the states and had a group of 20 join us for the weekend of our wedding. The villa was more perfect than we all imagined! The owners were very friendly and Marie the coordinator was amazing. Our wedding dinner was made by the owner and it was so delicious. "we were there for almost three weeks and really enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. However, you should know that the nearest shops can only be reached by car, since the house is very quiet and secluded. you also have to drive to go out in the evening. But we really enjoyed the rest, everything was fine for us!"

"What an absolutely beautiful spot. The Villa was everything we hoped for and the view was spectacular! Cuoco Adriana made us a fabulous meal on our second night. The road down to the villa is a bit tricky but we mastered it on no time. Just be patient and slow. The location was perfect for our travels to Pisa , Firenze and Cinque Terre! Each doable in a day and back in time for a late dinner on the terrace. Make sure you leave enough room for the garbage man to turn around or you will hear him...

"Beautiful and comfortable property with a lot of space, perfect as base of operations to explore Tuscany. The pictures do not really make it justice, it's way better. The kids loved the facilities (very big pool, ping pong, river stream, patios, bbq), ideal to spend lazy morning and nights before/after leaving to explore the region or just spend the day if not feeling like going out. Good restaurants around, we recommend Sandra (2km) and Mulino Vecchio (5km); and overall nice surroundings."

"The villa and facilities are as described and the photographs are accurate representations. The property was very clean and the furniture comfortable. Our children made full use of the WiFi and it did not fail their high demands! We loved the pool, beautiful garden & balcony and spent most evenings relaxing here. Be warned - a variety of biting insects emerge at night, so prepare an array of deterrents! Lucca, Pisa, Barga etc are all easy drives."

"A clean, comfortable villa with a fantastic view. Enzo, Host, was very helpful in getting our group settled. He even went way out of his way to pick up part of the party from the station in Pisa. We used the very functional kitchen, the beds were comfortable and enjoyed the quaintness of the Villa. Only challenge was the road up the mountain - took some careful getting used to!!"

"We had a great time in this special house in the mountains. The host was very helpfull and the house had everything we hoped. One small Point was the size of the pool. It was good for cooling doen but too small for swimming."
