I have stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. IT is now under new ownership since my last stay, but all staff very nice and accomodating. Parking situtation was difficult due to multiple construction sites around the hotel. I did not know the car would be off site, but they sent a valet to come and get it, so it worked out.

I love the attention to detail..the in room bathroom products 'Zenology' were amazing. Loved the kettle! Very comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was so very welcome. The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations. Excellent stay, thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Orto de Medici! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a lovely blend of charming and modern. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, providing something for everyone, pancakes, bacon, eggs, a variety of pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and even a bloodmary and mimosa bar!

"We had a very nice three night stay. We enjoyed their breakfast and also had a nice lunch and dinner while we were there. We had a car for getting around. In the afternoons we enjoyed their pool, which is long enough to swim laps."
