"Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"

"The hotel is in an old convent. I had a ground floor room with very high ceilings and dramatic lighting. The appeared to be a window high near the ceiling, so it could not be opened for fresh air.
