"We have been to the Princess before so I did not know what to expect from Pierre. It was actually very nice! The hotel is old but well maintained. Our room was simple but clean. The bathroom is very small, however it was not an issue. Very easy to walk to the pool or the lobby. There’s a 220 pesos valet/resort fee. We had the breakfast buffet included in our package, it was worth it. The food was good and there a lot of option. The access to the beach is very easy. Drinks and beers are expensive at the hotel, better go on the beach, it’s 1/3 of the price of the hotel. We liked that we can also go to the Princess. Their pool as a water slide, rocks and cenote. There’s more ambiance, more people and music. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel Pierre by the beach. W had a very good time at both places. "

"I LIKE THE SERVICE THE PLACE AROUND THE HOTEL, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING FURNITURE TOO OLD, AND I DIDN'T GET WIFI SERVICE, BAD WIFI SERVICE NEVER GET WIFI, NO IN THE LOBBY NOT IN THE RESTAURANT, THEY NEED TO UP DATE THOSE SERVICE 😡"
