"This was a nice property and very close to the beach. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a parking lot and temporary buildings between the condo and the sand. Parking was great. The host was very responsive. The unit had amenities like pots, pans, beach chairs, and towels, basically everything you would need for a beach getaway. Food and activities are close by within walking distance. There is no air conditioning so it got hot inside (in August), and opening windows in the evening may bring the smoke from the fire pits nearby, depending on the wind. Overall we had a great experience, and the price was reasonable."

"This property was very nice! To be noted…. There is no A/C (which IS listed, just hard to find in the listing), also it looks like this property is ground level; it is not. None of these things are a deal breaker for this property. Overall the gist was very responsive and the property was clean. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend!"

"First off, let me start off by saying that the house was great. Our trip was great. Everything was awesome. The only problem we had with this property was that the floors were not cleaned prior to us arriving. The property management did what they thought was the best by delivering a mop for us to clean the floor with. They did offer the cleaners to come while we were not in the house to clean, but that was not an option for us as we had our valuables inside the house. Other than that, everything was awesome. It’s close to the ferry. It’s close to Marine Street. It’s a great location."
