"This location cannot be beat! Step out onto the sand and play volleyball, enjoy the fire pits and the water is close by. Five minutes to the pier, shops, restaurants, playground, and Balboa Island ferry. There are several bike rental shops nearby and we rented bikes and rode every day. The unit has ample space for a large group and a well stocked kitchen. 10/10!"
