"The property is nice the rooms condition was not the bathroom toilet seat had deep scratches making it look dirty, the shower drain was old and moving also seeming dirty. The kids mattress were dirty should have protected covers. The balcony was filthy and you could hardly open the door. For the price they should look into minor cosmetic updates to make it more price appropriate. "

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon. Was convenient for getting to the start. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is convenient for access to the subway as it is minutes from North Station My room was on the Causeway Street side so it could be noisy at times (fine on the weekend when there are no games at TD). Highway 93 is right below so it’s noisy in the mornings on weekdays On one of the nights a group was partying late in the room above. I called the front desk and they shut it down right away. That was appreciated. "

"Make sure you pack all your belongings. I forgot two pairs of airpods under my pillow. I called the hotel the same day I checked out and was told nothing had been return by housekeeping. "

"Hotel is ideal for transport to Logan airport. We stayed for marathon for a week. Although they give you a free transfer bus to local train station and collect you it is time consuming. There are no local shops for food. You have to walk up one side of highway then down the other to go up the street which is almost directly opposite where there are two shops, Target and Stop n Shop a good 25-35 min walk. Breakfast is limited to cereal, make your own waffles, toast, a bit of fruit and three cooked items. Everything is disposable plates, plastic cutlery etc. served 6am - 10am. No evening options. The room was clean and although they said we had to ask for it to be done daily our room was serviced daily without us asking. Plenty of towels and coffee replenished. Room was quite hot but had air con but was too noisy to have on at night. Staff were excellent, always ready to help. Bus drivers always helpful with people's baggage and drove sensibly. Surrounding area is more like an industrial estate. If you want cost effective and don't mind the daily transfer into Boston then it's ideal. If you want luxury then pay the extra and stay in Boston. If you want somewhere to lay your head for an event then ideal, if you want a holiday then probably not for you as people can be heard arriving and leaving for airport at all hours... It served our needs."

"I didn’t have breakfast because of a scheduled surgery at Mass General across the street. Everything was fine but I didn’t believe that the parking spaces were correct inn width as there was very little space between vehicles even though they were parked correctly between the lines."
