Our thermostat did not work from the room. Front desk person had to turn it on for us. Service was great. Just issues with that and bathroom could have been cleaned better prior to our visit. Shower not as clean as expected.

Worn and soiled. The public rooms were okay but room looked like it had not been refreshed in ten years besides being dark brown and grey. Not up to five star standards for me.

"Absolutely would not stay anywhere else. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were impeccable. The hotel itself was modern and just full of life. Just a very very short walk up the street was a train station with another one a few blocks away and there are always taxis outside ..."
