"Our family adored our stay at the Fuschia Lodge in County Kerry. Gorgeous property with every available amenity, especially if you're a person who likes to cook and bake during a holiday. The stormy weather with gale force winds didn't bother us as we were snug in our comfy home with views that go on forever across the white capped sea. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It's used (I presume) as a holiday home by the owner, so there's everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (even some basic consumables left by previous guests/ the owner) and everything feels so comfortable and homely. The view is really lovely (even though the garden across the road has obscured a bit of the view) and it's so quiet and private, yet so brilliantly situated close to the Ring of Kerry and not far from Kenmare. Highly recommend! "

"Come for the views, stay for the peace and quiet. If you're looking for the "Irish farm house feel" this is the one! Nestled deep in the countryside on a hill overlooking where Atlantic ocean meets ths Kenmare river. Walking into the house made feel like I was at my Grandparents home (in idaho). We loved it. Would move here in a heartbeat We thouroghly enjoyed "Nan’s hotel". We are already planning a return visit."

"The property is modern, clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a multitude of utensils and is very well set up. Bedrooms are modern, large and comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. Pretty gardens and the view of the sea and mountains is amazing. All in all I can’t fault this cottage. And, it’s only a 10 minute walk to the pub."

"First time I have stayed here. A real find. A bit quirky but overall excellent. Rooms come with fridge which vontained some fresh smoked salmon and Brie plus ol and water. Also breakfast is a very good DIY with granola and yogurts provided plus croissants and French pastries, jams etc. Also the hotel has a brilliant restaurant which you have to book as the locals know about it too. The car park can be a little tight and the stairs no lift would challenge the infirm. Overall a fabulous good value place"
