The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "Great location across the street from the beach/boardwalk. Breakfast was excellent and service staff very friendly. We were away from the bar, so the noise issue that some reviews reference was not an issue for us. As this area is popular with locals, parking can be an issue. "
