"I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The staff will go above and beyond for you, they do so many little things without you realising, this is high level hospitality only possible when you are in a smaller hotel. A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. Hard to find words to describe how fantastic the staff are - really went out of their way and brought this experience to another level. I was given a voucher for the ramen restaurant located inside and it was so good I went back the next night.
