"Very nice, luxury and relaxing village. My family and I stayed there for 8 nights, It was amazing. The village has a great coffee shop serving delicious food and drinks. Also, they have a very nice massage spa. I highly recommend this place for families and anyone who wants to visit Bali."
"Quite basic accommodation but nice enough, does the job. Clean and friendly staff. Pool was lovely. Internet access was mostly good although did cut out one morning but back up by the evening."

"This property on Jimbaran Beach is an oasis. With only 64 rooms, and large beach access, it is a low density gem with all the amenities. The food and service were excellent. Sunsets and entertainment nightly. "
"Expectations was not very high, but the property definetely exceed all the expectation. You get much more for the price you are spending. The area was not that far from Ocean and all jimbaran eateries, maybe at most 15 mins walk."

"One of the best decisions for our trip was booking this hotel for our first night (flight arrival at 10pm). The hotel was within 5 minutes walking from the arrivals gate and had plenty of international dining options on the room service menu. The hotel breakfast buffet once again had a good and vast selection of international and Indonesian dishes. The bathroom was a little dated and was a little dirty. However, for one night stay I would highly recommend for travellers with an early flight or arriving from a later flight."
"The hotel is good but the price they put in my opinion way too expensive. I booked the hotel because it looked child friendly for my toddler son. Around swimming pool has everything you need for kids they have nice kids swimming area playground and the staff also very nice. Other then that the hotel is bit outdated and the staff not really nice to local as Indonesian guest they only nice to expatriate which is we also pay same price like them. The breakfast was ok but not amazing compare other five stars hotel in Bali to go to the beach you need o walk like 5 minute from the hotel and it’s actually public beach no bed or anything I need to bring ur own towel from the hotel overal the hotel is good but not great "
"It was our first time at Ayana Segara. Facilities were great with playgrounds and pools for the kids across all the resorts in the estate. The multiple resorts meant different options for the kids, which was great! Restaurants were good and so was the breakfast. I highly recommend spending some time at the Saka Museum.
Staff were very polite and happy to help. The only minor downside was that a buggy is needed to go from the residence to other parts of the estate. It was not always readily available resulting in some waiting time.
We will definitely go back! "
"I was so happy that I had chosen Kuku Kupu for a 2 night stay with my visiting niece. It was great getting rides in the hotel bugee to go to the beach. Loved having the choice between eating breakfast at the hotel or at their restaurant on the beach. Food at both places was ample and tasty. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed."
"Wonderful stay at Gending Kedis. 3 bed villa was huge with a fantastic pool and the biggest bath we have ever seen. The grounds were beautiful. Although it was fully booked, it never felt too busy in the restaurant or main pool. Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. My daughter has a food allergy and the waiting staff and chefs were good about this. Good breakfast and lunch/dinner choices. Easy to get taxis. Loved our pool and the relaxing area by it. Due to heavy traffic in Bali, it still takes at least 30 mins by taxi to Nusa Dua or Dreamland beach but taxis are not expensive and really enjoyed being in the villa with a restaurant on hand for meals in the villa or restaurant.
The master bedroom is upstairs next to the main lounge, 2 other bedrooms are downstairs. We felt more comfortable with our teenage girls sleeping in the main bedroom inside but it took time locking the villa up/ turning individual lights off as could only lock the staircase door from one side. Would be better to have wall switches that could turn on/off all lamps in a room and a lock on the staircase door that could be used both sides but not too much of a problem. Furniture is traditional and a little tired in places, outdoor kitchen was open to the environment so did get visits from bats ( which wasn't a problem and made it fun but the food was great in the restaurant so never cooked. Massage was very nice here, never used the gym. We loved this villa hotel and would love to return here.

"The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping staff was excellent. The food options were varied and the portion sizes and the quality of the meals was excellent. The staff at each of the restaurants were friendly, attentive, and patient. The meals were some of the best I’ve had in terms of taste and value."
