"I visited this hotel after visiting 5 other hotels. I was scouting gotels for an event I am hosting in November. This was the last, and it was the best. I enjoyed it so much that before I even left the hotel, I rented the entire place for our trip in November. They have been in contact with me to make sure everything is correct. This is the type of attention this place gives you. Cant wait to go back"

"Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match it price and you will get better option elsewhere. Also the spa and massage is ridiculously expensive. All in all, I would prefer stay in another location of Bali."

"Staff are very friendly, the swimming pool and the green pastures around it are a beautiful scenery. The swimming pool are not too deep for 10 years old kid to be swimming by themselves."

"The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach on a cliff. The food was very good although a bit expensive. The “cabins” are just that. You can see through the wooden floors and there are gaps everywhere in the room. They don’t have the darkened curtains and the bathroom has bugs running around everywhere. They are likely ants but they are on the counters and literally all over. The air conditioning barely worked and I had to sleep on the covers which led to numerous bites all over. I didn’t sleep at all between scratching and spraying bug spray while being extremely hot and sticky. The hotel told us that the air conditioning was fine-end of story. They didn’t seem empathetic that this was our last 3 nights in Bali before a long trip home to Canada . We had no idea that these cabins weren’t insulated or sealed and that we would have little to no air conditioning. The management has not as much as apologized or given us a refund and we are out 2 nights of hotel costs. In fact, no one seems to be able to reach management. We are not fussy people and are truly disappointed and angry at tgis experience. Not worth the money."
