"We had a wonderful family stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The resort is fantastic for families, with a beautiful private beach, fun water park, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. A special thank you to Jolie at the Front Desk, who was warm, patient, and professional throughout our check-in. She immediately made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the seafood BBQ, which was flavorful and well prepared, although the selection was not quite as extensive as breakfast. Our biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Rush, one of the poolside attendants. When my wife's hotel sandals were taken from her chair, Rush went above and beyond to help us. He took the initiative to find a replacement pair and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Thank you to Rush, Jolie, and the entire Centara Grand Mirage team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic family vacation and would happily return and recommend this resort to others."

"Have to say if you paid me, I could not find anything bad to say about my stay. Using “friendly” as an adjective is an understatement. The staff were happy to help and my room was constantly being cleaned at a time of my convenience. The complementary breakfast was amazing. The rooms are modern and beautiful. One staff member would always say. “Welcome home” when I came back from leaving the hotel— wonderful stay!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Good We Came Back Again! We initially stayed at Amari Pattaya from 27th to 31st July and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for 3rd to 8th August, which says a lot about our experience. We stayed in a two-bedroom Amari Suite, which was perfect for our family. The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from North Pattaya Beach and conveniently situated for excursions. We enjoyed snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing and island hopping, with everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptional, courteous, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They remembered our names and even where we had flown in from, which was a lovely personal touch. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Executive Lounge access was another highlight, with a great breakfast including à la carte options, afternoon refreshments and evening cocktails. The kids absolutely loved the water park and spent most of their time there. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, a fantastic location and outstanding service. The fact that we returned just days after checking out says it all. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Amari Pattaya, especially for families."

"The property is a Gem in the Middle of Pattaya. It has spacious, clean rooms, fee wifi, a conference center, and two large pools. The restaurant serves a delicious blend of Thai, indian and American dishes. The bartender Yu and the bar staff are friendly and can quickly make up a drink. I have had the pleasure of staying at SIAM BAYSHORE RESORT PATTAYA three times and will visit again. Nok is an excellent in-house tour guide manager; my friend and I reserved tours to the Tiger and Elephant Sanctuary, and we also visited the floating market and booked an island excursion. Finally, we did some shopping at the Thai Bazzar, where one can get deals on souvenirs, clothing, artwork, watches, belts, everything to take home for loved ones. Tar, Gao, Muayly, Nok, Golf, and Kirin treat guests as family. I 100% recommend this property. Sincearly Anthony"
