"Room was good. As advertised, as it should be so as Expected. Bar was vibrant but enjoyable to relax in with a good choice of food on offer. Everything one could ask for from a bar. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast is great quality with a good spread to choose from."

"Ardoe House is a beautiful property, very much in keeping with it's history as a baronial mansion. The decor is lavish and made us all feel very posh! The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in our two weeks of travel, and the dining options were great. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much on offer, it was hard to decide - luckily there was haggis!! The staff were all incredibly friendly and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this hidden gem."

"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again"
