"The maids were inconsistent. The room was not always cleaned daily. There were courteous when asked for toiletries."

"Sorry to say but the hotel is very dated and needs a renovation. Everything was worn, the room had a damp smell and the breakfast offering was the worst I have ever had and had to stand as there wasnt enough seats - it can only cater for around 30 people sitting"

"We had a wonderful stay at Bay Pointe Cottage. A lovely private yard with heated pool and comfortable cottage with all you need only a short drive from the beach makes this a good rental option. Hats off to Marion, who is a fine host. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. I met the nicest people there. Room was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful on the waterway where you could sit on lounge chairs and enjoy a book. "

"The unit was fine and in a good location. Staff were responsive. However the storm damage from the hurricanes of 2023 are still present. I strongly encourage that you work to replace the sidewalks that lead into the building. We were able to manuver but someone with limited mobility would struggle. Much of it is dirt with exposed pipes. Until such time that they are repaired i encourage you to highlight that limitation in your rental naterials so that someone can make an infirmed decision. "

"Everything! Absolutely fabulous hotel would highly recommend. I am definitely planning to come back. The boat trip to Barefoot Beach is amazing, the beach is absolutely pristine we felt as if we were on a tropical island and even got to see dolphins! The beach shuttle is also so convenient. The pool is gorgeous with attentive waitstaff at all times. Great gym facilities, spacious, clean room. Front desk staff so very friendly. Rooftop restaurant, bar and pool is gorgeous and food is outstanding! Five stars plus! "

"Fantastic home in a prime location! The home was set up perfectly for separation between two couples or between parents and children. All amenities were top notch. Everything was as advertised and there were no unexpected problems. Check in and check out were seamless and without issues. House was comfortable and relaxing, with just the right amount of luxury for a beach retreat."

"The location of this condo is ideal; not far from Bonita Beach, close to Publix and great restaurants. The 3 bedrooms, dining and living area are furnished with the basic necessities. The tvs offer streaming. Very spacious for my husband and myself.The lanai, firepit and garage parking are a plus. Our host was easy to contact and responsive. We would stay again. "
