"The place was good overall for the price. Staff was nice . The area around it seemed unsafe and lots of homeless people around the area. However the hotel was well lit and seemed like a safe spot. "

"I was not able to go to Las Vegas because my husband got very sick & had to cancel this vacation. I had another booking with this hotel at a later date which I had to cancel for the same reason & the hotel allowed me to cancel for free. Thank you very much for your compassion & understanding. "
"The property is stunning. It feels elegant and private, with serene water features throughout. The room was large and beautifully decorated. They had multiple gyms and a beautiful spa.The only thing lacking was the bar assortment in the casinos, and the fact that the restaurants, all closed early."

"In a good neighborhood. I felt safe. The studio was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfortable. Our host was very kind and super easy to communicate with. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Kitchen & bathroom equipment was extremely basic
Numerous hairs on floors, so it had not been properly cleaned.
Check-in instructions were very last minute and they required photographic proof of who we were.
Though we booked via Expedia, the information was provided by Evolve. We had previous problems with Evolve on exactly the matters above.
Location is great and the development is good."
