"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the check-in is always easy although they do charge you $25 if you want to check in before 3 o’clock. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and at the Brass Door and the food quality of both places was decent. Enjoyed our meals there. They were painting our floor elevator lobby, so the smell was quite strong as our room was very close to the elevators. Not much that we could do about that though. The gambling was fun and overall, it was a great trip."

"we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!"

I had a few special requests due to the nature of my vacation, and she was so great about all of it! The house is spacious, clean, in a great neighborhood, and really more than expected! We had a great stay and if we come back to the LV area, I will *definitely* be contacting Nickee again! "
