"This hotel experience was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The woman at the front desk greeted us with an awful attitude — visibly angry, rude, unprofessional, and acting like our presence was an inconvenience. After a long trip, the last thing anyone expects is to be treated with hostility the second they walk in. The negative energy started immediately at check-in. I have videos and photos showing exactly how upset and aggressive her attitude was from the very beginning. At no point did she try to be helpful or handle the situation professionally. What made it even worse was that after being treated so poorly, the moment I finally reacted, she tried to turn it around and say that I had an attitude, when her behavior is what created the entire situation from the start. The hotel itself is also extremely disappointing — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The entire property feels rundown and uncared for. Nothing looks like the photos online, and it honestly feels like management has completely stopped caring about the condition of the place. It’s unbelievable how badly this place ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Between the terrible customer service and the condition of the hotel, this has easily been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would absolutely never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"This is a little gem of a place to stay at. It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood that is close to the highways and not too far from the cities attractions. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. It’s a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a place away from the main downtown busy life."

"The property was perfect! Close to everything and a really quiet neighborhood! Def do not judge the location by its looks! Excellent communication from both owners! We had 5 adults and 2 small dogs! More than enough space for all of us! One of the headboards tiled but it didn’t prevent us from using the bed! Owner was willing to come fix it the next day but I told them it was not needed since we can still use it. We all enjoyed the pool! We will def be returning customers!"

"We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house was very spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. The pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court made the experience even better and gave everyone something fun to enjoy. Everything was well maintained, and the property looked just like the photos. We really appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the stay was. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!"
