The first floor is accessed by a narrow and steep, spiral staircase (low headroom). At the front a glazed door leads to a large veranda that offers amazing views along the valley and toward the sea and at the rear is a twin bedded room.
The cottage offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and an opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding countryside including enjoying the wonderful views down the valley. Footpaths offering truly inspiring walks along the river, over wooded valleys and towards Heddons Mouth and Woody Bay are all on your door step. The local area offers many famous beauty spots such as the twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, the Doone Valley, Watersmeet and Porlock Weir. Magnificent high cliffs, and hidden sand and shingle coves can be found all along the dramatic Exmoor coast whilst wide sandy surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde are within an hours drive.
