"Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "

"Maid woke me up around 9 am banging on my door, although I did not have the do not disturb sign on door because I was only there for one night 9 am is very early to be banging on peoples doors, unacceptable. She could have verified with reception if I checked out"

"There is a nightclub at the very top of this hotel which you need to be aware of and there was no mention of any gym/fitness facilities. The staff were very helpful though and responsive to any concerns/questions. 7/10"

"Really clean, the place was better/bigger than what it was post on Vrbo. The communication by email is great. The location is a little bit far from the center of Santa Cruz and there is no parking. It was difficult sometimes to find a place for the car. "
