"The hotel was very clean and has an old world charm to it. My room was beautiful, well equipped, and had a cute balcony. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It was low season when I visited San Cristobal so the hotel was quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and the water temperature (hot) and strong water pressure was greatly appreciated."

"Upon arrival, the front desk attendee could not locate the reservation I made through Expedia. Fortunately, they had availability, so, they offered me an upgrade for a few extra USD per night. I stayed in one of their King rooms that faced the street and had a balcony. Other than the noise from the street, inside the hotel was quiet. The room, bathroom, and communal spaces were clean and tidy. The staff members were kind, communicative, and informational. You can walk anywhere in San Cristobal, but the location is perfect, within a two blocks of the Cathedral and Center. I would stay there again. "
