"We had a lovely stay at Gails. I received a phonecall earlier in the day from Lucy to say that the boiler was not working and they were unable to get anyone to fix it so they would be refunding us half of the cost back which was very nice of them as this was not their fault and these things happen. Checking in was easy, parking was fine, the room was lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. "The Waverley has everything you want for a short stay, rooms are clean and fresh, shower room is ensuite and modern and there is plenty of tea & coffee (and biscuits) in the room. In the room we stayed in there was a large wardrobe and drawer chest. Bed was new and firm. Breakfast has a good range of options including cooked and continental"
