Spacious apartment surrounded by mountains with a breathtaking view! Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain village, this house is an authentic retreat near the renowned ski slopes of Piani di Bobbio and just a 15-minute drive from the charming Lake Como. The apartment features a bright living room, a kitchen complete with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Well-appointed and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Among the services offered to our guests, you will find a TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, in addition to Wi-Fi connection to stay connected at all times. Free private parking and easy car access make the stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop that leads directly to the ski lifts.
Located on the second floor of a condominium dedicated to short-term rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no elevator. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
