"Great hotel, good food, breakfast and service. "

"Great boutique hotel, lovely owners!"

"Location molto carina e con un grande potenziale se solo si investisse di più su manutenzione (climatizzatore fuori uso durante il mio soggiorno) e arredamenti. Colazione con prodotti di qualità. Spazi esterni curati e molto gradevoli."

"Overall a reasonable hotel. Dinner and breakfast were totally acceptable, particularly the dinner (both quality and price). I slept well, although the other two persons with me said the beds were hard."

"Camera pulitissima, tramonto da sogno in un posto super tranquillo."

"🔝 per tutto!"

"It’s a great hotel if you’re familiar with the area. It’s not near any points of interest but price is great. Hotel quality is also great."

"The owners of the property provided directly a very nice service attention. The facility very cleaned and good condition of the areas. Good climate conditions of the room. It’s a very nice facility and near of the downtown of Nereto and from historic downtown of other cities around the areas. Definitely will come back next time. Thank you "

"This is our fourth stay in this wonderful bed and breakfast. It’s our home from home when in Italy. Everything is perfect. We will be back."

"Very clean, nice ambience, spacious room and very kind staff. Highly recommended !"

"Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. Carlo ci ha contattati tempestivamente per confermare la prenotazione e ha mantenuto una comunicazione costante e impeccabile sia prima che durante il soggiorno, fornendoci informazioni preziose e ottimi suggerimenti sulla zona, inclusi ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. "Very clean, easy to reach"

"I pulled into the property late in the evening and the only cars in the dark parking lot I assume belonged to the minimal staff. Hotel and surrounding property were deserted. If it wasn’t so late at night I would not have even checked in. After being shown the room, I left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. Not sure what is going on there, but it must be some sort of scam. The two staff members were kind and maybe understood why I left? Avoid at all costs."

"We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. "

"We loved our stay!"
