Situated in a prime elevated position at the top of Sion Road in Lansdown , Charlecote House is a real gem sitting within its own communal garden and benefits from a private entrance and off-road parking. Surrounded by mature trees and landscaping, this luxury apartment property is a rare find in Bath and features the immaculate design and high spec finishes, some with patios and balconies affording spectacular views towards Bath city. Lansdown Road is one of Bath’s premier residential locations, situated just under a mile from the city centre and with a wealth of recreational activities on its doorstep, including golf, tennis, horse racing and a selection of recreational parks including the delightful Royal Victoria Park.
