  • A comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city centre. Ideally located at the top of vibrant Milsom street and above the award winning Beefy Boys restaurant, you couldn't be better placed to explore all that Bath has to offer. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars and with all the iconic cultural and sporting attractions just a stroll away makes this the perfect base to relax in during your city break or work trip to beautiful Bath.

    Access is via a street-level door and a communal staircase. Your accommodation is completely private with its own front door off the shared hallway.
    The room boosts high ceilings and large windows and has a comfortable king size bed and a luxurious large bathroom with roll top bath and a modern shower unit.

    While the room includes a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine there are no cooking facilities, giving you the perfect excuse to take full advantage of the fantastic cafes and restaurants right on your door step.

    Access is via a communal staircase, the stairs are shared with other guests

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Had a lovely stay in Bath at this property, it's was great value for the size and location. The experience was a little marred by not being able to resolve the issue of a cleaning fee. A separate 'fee' was listed on Expedia for £40 which was paid for as part of the booking, however I was then sent a separate link from the host for a mandatory verification process you are required to complete but was charged again for the cleaning fee (so effectively I've paid this fee twice). Tried to resolve this through the Expedia message function with the host but this does not allow you to upload any screenshots / attachments that the host requested and that I had taken as proof, nor can you share any other contact details on Expedia messaging as it is censored out. So this remained unresolved. Something to watch out for going forward but other than that a lovely stay.
