Room was amazing but could do with a little tlc. But this didn't detract from our stay. The staff were wonderful, helpful and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was outstanding. Also there was a help yourself sweet and soft drinks and complimentary coffee in the reception area. The hotel decorations were quirky but fun and not the boring norm of mainstream hotels. The informality of the staff made the stay even more relaxed.

The room was lovely, large and clean but there were signs the room needed repairs and a little updating. This didn’t detract from our stay, we had a fantastic time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. We also loved the quirky and individual decor. The car park was a little tight but it’s an old building and you have to work with what you’ve got.

I had a wonderful stay at The Bird in Bath. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and hospitable throughout my stay. They made the whole experience feel special, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! The only minor issue was at breakfast: I was initially served the wrong order without realising, and it was replaced halfway through my meal. A staff member also cleared away my yoghurt before I had finished it, but they kindly brought me a fresh one. It was only a small mix-up, and the team handled it helpfully.

We went for three nights , The staff were all amazing right throughout the hotel . When we went for breakfast there was a lady waitress with blonde hair who was so lovely , and smiling all the time . Everyone was so helpful all the time . All the staff were polite and welcoming to us . We liked that there was younger staff there running the hotel . We would definitely recommend the Bird Bath Hotel

We had a really lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and provided a map of key attractions. Good amenities such as a lovely outside bar, Dyson hairdryer in room and larder of drinks and treats. The room looked over the city with a beautiful view which was only a short walk away. The only down side was a lack of any appropriate vegan dinner options however the breakfast was lovely and concierge staff tried hard to help with a restaurant booking. Thank you for a great trip to Bath.
