The hotel was very appealing, well designed, clean and cozy. The room was very accommodating, clean and had everything you need. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of options. Staff were nice and polite. Only stayed for a night but will be back and stay longer.

Good breakfast and dining staff. Very NOISY room! couldnt sleep due to outside noise and when moved to another room-noise of the cooling system located inside the room ceiling and from the hotel staff worked in front room.Water prob in detail: A.Couldnt sleep due to several disturbing reasons: 1. frequent loud noise of the street although windows were closed.(people shouting, cars, dogs). 2. After changing to an interior side room-random noise from the central cooling system located in our room ceiling, also when our air condition is closed. (hotel asked extra charge for interior room and after we asked to cancel - it was upgraded without extra). 3.On the last night technical hotels team worked in the room in front of us with vaccum. There was no attention it is after 23:30. The door left open and loud voice contined after the vaccum was finished. All this was about 1 hour. B. Water problems - 1. First suddenly during the shower the water stream stopped. And dirty water came ! It was more than 1 hour till was fixed. Hotel said problem is at whole hotel. 2. Another day it was whole city problem and again no water in the shower for about an hour. C. Of corse all above were appealed to the reception. Room noise they first promised an answer by whatsapp after 11 but no one contacted.. A.C system noise they sent technician but actually it wasn't solved. Noise from the opposite door they choose to notice it is only 20min and not 30min..although it was continued as described.

perfectly situated
Perfectly situated in the city with access to the best restaurants and the seafront. We had a wonderful room with a balcony that we could watch the streetlife in the evening. Parking was made easy by the staff thank goodness. Breakfast was very nice and the staff excellent

In very city center Batumi
Nice hotel in city center Batumi. Convenient and walkable there is no sea view. Corner suites are named suites, but they are just a bit bigger rooms even if the nicest furniture. Good stay in general and staff with smile and helpful For my opinion, Divan Istanbul is higher level...

5* hotel minus 1 * star Air con..so 2 star hotel.
A great hotel but ruined by the noisiest air con unit. It was like a train, you can't open windows as the area is lively, which is great but... Put them both together and it's 1 bad night's sleep.

Good Choise
Nice specious Standard Double Room, friendly stuff, tasteful breakfast. Hotel is not located on first line to the see, and view from windows are not as nice as one expected. Walking distance to nice restaurants and beach.

This hotel is the best thing that happened in Batumi. Location is great and the hotel itself is upscale, comfortable and convenient. Rooms are a bit small and breakfast could be improved, but it's not bad at all.

If staying in this hotel, request a room as far as possible from the karaoke bar, it is extremely noisy, it is like trying to sleep in a night club... Rooms on the other side of the building are very quiet.

Great hotel with a nice location and friendly staf
Great hotel with a nice location , staff were very freindly and spioke some English although in Georgia English language is a common issue. Hotel location is a big plus, within 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and famous landmarks on the seafront such as Ali and Nino Statue and others. There are also small grocary stores within 5 minutes walk. The bathroom has water bidet which was a big advantage especially for people from the Middle East.

Lovely hotel in a great location!
I stayed at the Divan Suites with my sons and nephews for a three-day visit to Batumi. The hotel is clean and very comfortable, and it's located within easy walking distance of the seaside boulevard. The neighborhood around the hotel is lively and there are plenty of shops to buy travel sundries. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes close by.
