"Chateau is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot. I would describe it as 'shabby chic' as there are areas where money could be spent. However it is lovely and features such as the sweeping staircase, chandelier's and furniture look gorgeous. Town is only 4 miles away with a range of restaurants. Continental breakfast was great and plentiful. Only met 1 member of staff at breakfast but she was lovely and gave us some of the history of the chateau. Another English couple were staying in Kings Room...

The hotel is very conveniently located for the station and a 10 minute walk from the chateau. My room was very clean and comfortable and I slept well. It was quiet. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh fruits, breads, croissants and cereals, hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, accompanied by good filter coffee. I was very satisfied!"
