"The elevator was scary. It makes grinding noises when coming to a stop. When I reported this no one got back to me. We took the stairs twice the noise was so obvious and we are in our seventies. On another note; when we couldn't find a medication on checkout day, I called the front desk suspecting someone may have entered our room when we were gone all day, asking for security. I got a recording. We found the medications after leaving a message to see security. We were treated with rude hostility by the desk woman who claimed to be the only "Security" and how offended she was that we would accuse her staff of entering our room. We did not accuse anyone; only requested speaking with security. I apologized for the misunderstanding which was met with indignant acceptance. I am a retired Police Officer and am used to being treated rudely so no big deal I guess. Kind of put a damper on the whole trip though. The elevator needs to be attended. It sounds dangerous."

"The Limelight Cottage is close to downtown and you can walk to events, restaurants, and shopping. The Blue Ridge train is also nearby. We enjoyed our weekend for the Blues & BBQ Festival! The floor plan with 2 BR & 2 BA is perfect for couples. It also has a half bath and laundry room. We enjoyed sitting on the front lawn and listening to the bands on Saturday evening."

"This is a great property in a beautiful and secluded location. The owner was superb at communication and accommodation of our booking and arrival needs.The neighborhood is so quiet that the only outdoor sounds were the rustling from the many deer passing through or the night sounds. The cabin and mountains décor were perfect. We enjoyed family time, the scenic railroad, games, and just rocking on the porches. This is a great place for a small group to enjoy the beauty of Blue Ridge, McCaysville, Copperhill, and the surrounding area."
