"Very nice place to spend time with your family with a relaxed feel. The kitchen was so well stocked we made the majority of our meals at the house. The kids loved the big porch. The screened in porch made a great place to sit with a coffee and watch TV while waiting on other to wake up. All in all this was a great place and we plan on coming back."

"What a wonderful, immaculate, and relaxing place to stay. There's plenty of outdoor activities but the cabin is stocked with games, hot tub, and more for those who don't venture out. A great family-friendly place and an ever attentive host making sure all needs are met. I cannot recommend anything more and wish I could give more than 5 stars."
Luxurious Modern Cabin - Timber For Two

"Arrival was smooth and check in was easy, details for this were communicated ahead of time. Upon arrival the room was very clean, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and there were petals on the bed to celebrate our anniversary, very romantic. The property was secluded and backyard string lights were great for ambiance. We were a little sadden to see that the hot tub would not turn on, upon examination it was not plugged in and took until morning to heat even with our arrival at 3:30. This was a little bit of a bummer as we had planned to use that night. Despite this we did enjoy the fireplace and watch a movie instead. The home is very close to the ascending yoga studio which I highly recommend for yoga and Pilates. It was also about 10 minutes from everything downtown which was convenient for dinner/breakfast plans. The only other bump in the road was that after arriving back from dinner we got locked out for 20-30minutes due to the keypad locking up (this also happened around 11:15 earlier that day, luckily my husband had the other door unlocked). The owner was able to be reached and we were able to get back in relatively quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a great anniversary weekend."

"Brock was a great and very attentive host! They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We arrived late at night and we had zero issues checking in and the place was extremely clean. The fire pit and hot tub were top notch! Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 6 people. Lots of nature close by yet only a few min into town! We will be renting this place again!"

"We enjoyed our stay as a family. Plenty of space for kids to spread out. Incredible views. The beds were actually very comfortable! Communication perfect. Had some stormy weather with rain wind and some hail. No problems coming or going after and never lost power. Cool AC. Stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything, bear claw winery, cowgirl up stables and blue ridge town. IF I had to mention something, the absolutely only thing is the steep driveway. Paved and no issues coming or going. Just feels a little steep and intimidating at first. But our 2023 equinox handled it just fine and the Floridians adjusted. That’s how you get great views, a little gravel ant first and and incline. Worth it. That’s literally the only thing just to prepare the next person. But we would stay there again and again. Thank you Jack and Michaela. It truly felt like staying at a family members vacation home."
