Great views from this location. Just a short drive to get to public parking for the public and private boat services to the islands. It's on the main road which the vehicles go too fast, so be careful walking from the free parking and the stairs up to the property.

Stunning location at a very reasonable price

It was such a treat for us to stay lakeside side in the Italian lakes. The location, views and gardens were stunning. Private parking was very useful and breakfast was very good. The owner is very charming and welcomes you like family. We stayed in the family room at the back. It's not fancy but extremely clean and comfortable...and priced at a steal for this location. Air con and a great shower/huge bathroom were appreciated. Doubled glazed windows were very effective at blocking out the noise of the stream outside.There's plenty of seating areas and loungers in the garden so we didn't feel we 'missed out' on views at all.

Will stay again

A wonderful way to visit Lago Maggiore. The hotel has beautiful grounds and spectacular views of the lake. The service is excellent and very friendly. The hotel has a parking lot, which is very helpful. The area is very quiet. Stresa is about three kilometers away for a boat ride, a stroll, and numerous restaurants. Ideal place to visit the lake.
