"I felt like I was in a MOTEL. I stayed here last minute with my daughter during her Cheer Competition, my daughter is 7 yrs old, and our room filled up with cigarette 2nd hand smoke in the middle of the night. "

"We stayed on the second floor room 214 where they was having a party next door the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep… I called the front desk from 10:15 to 10:45 to complain and no one answered"

"Check in was TERRIBLE!! It took 2 hours for them to get our rooms (3) ready. The blamed it on being 100% capacity, but they knew that in advance and should have been prepared! At 9am the next morning, housekeeping walked in on one of our rooms before anyone could answer the door and they were naked!!"
