"Overall, the hotel quality was good and met our expectations for the price. The room was comfortable and everything was generally fine. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing—very limited and not varied. Our friends stayed at another hotel for a similar price and had a much better breakfast selection. We also experienced some issues during check-in, which caused significant stress for me and my family. Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved, but it did affect our first impression."

"Only stayed for one night, but the room was spotless and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Breakfast provided in the morning, eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins. Free parking is always a plus!"

"Price is very good. Nice pool. Rooms are acceptable, but smells , so you'll need to put the a/c on high (bring a sweater). Let me say it this way, if you need a place to just sleep and want to save money, this is the place. If you want a place to socialize, think twice!"

"Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! At the Residence Inn, they upgraded my room to a 2 bdrm suite for the inconvenience; however, as I was exiting the shower, the entire shower door came off the hinges and fell on me! This is a 20 pound plexi glass door! I immediately go to the front desk, still wet, and told them what occurred. As you could imagine, I was not being pleasant at this point. Two gentlemen come, one being a manager, and offers to change my room once again and refund my money for the room. Although it was made right in the end, I was aggravated and the whole experience is not something I would write home about. This was my first visit to Tampa, 5 out of 10, I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Did not complete the stay at this motel. German cockroaches in the room when we arrived. They did give us a refund and we left immediately. "

"The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book."
