"We thoroughly enjoyed our early October week at Lake Pointe Manor. The house was quite spacious and comfortable for 9 humans and 3 dogs. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. One stand out in this home was the attention to detail from the host. The kitchen really was well equipped with almost everything we needed to cook for a large crowd. The host kept things like spices, olive oils, coffee filters, etc well stocked. We also appreciated that everything in the house was there for the guests to take advantage of. Many other houses we've rented often times felt like dumping grounds for clutter the owners weren't ready to part with, but didn't want in their primary homes. None of that was evident here. We appreciated that the dock still accessible by boat despite the record low lake levels this year. We were able to access the floater dock and our rental boat via the steps off the dock access onto the beach area. The back yard was large enough to allow the dogs to play frisbee or ball. The walk down to the dock was steep-ish, but still accessible enough for my in-laws who were in their 80s. We would definitely consider staying at this property again."

"Fantastic place! Great location to see sunsets from the balcony. Super quiet location, lots of deer grazing just below. Even saw a bald eagle grabbing fish in the cove!Tons of seating, chairs and couches, throughout the condo. Plenty of cookware.Just a few minutes from SML State Park and nearby grocery store."

"We have traveled to many lakes and this was one of the best we've been to. House was gorgeous and more than enough space for us. Water level was really low due to drought but we were able to make it work. No issues with parking as there is plenty. Everything we needed was close to the house so we were able to shop as needed. With the two kitchens there is plenty of room to feed the family. If cooking wasn't in the plan there are plenty in the area. Restaurants in the area we nice and well accommodating for our size group. If you are looking for a good time at a lake with relaxing views and plenty of room this would be the house."

"We had a fantastic stay at SML and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even with several days of rain, we still had an amazing time thanks to the thoughtful design and setup of the house.The property was spotless when we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The abundance of amenities made it feel like home (and then some), and we especially appreciated all the little details that showed how much care went into preparing the house for guests. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable furnishings and extra touches throughout, it was clear the hosts put real thought into making their guests comfortable.Jason and his team were outstanding, incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful from booking all the way through our departure.
