"We had a wonderful week The home was beautiful! It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities. And most importantly we had deep water for the boat! We will definitely be staying there again. C. F."

"We had a great stay at this property. My boys loves the dock and fishing in the lake. We weren't sure how much we would value the pool and we used it all the time! My youngest was in it all day. Fire pit and hot tub also got a lot of use. Having the grill available was great although the flavorizer bars need to be replaced. The kitchen was spacious as were the living areas. Beds were very comfortable although the pillows were not firm enough for most of us. With all that said we would come back in a heartbeat. Excellent memories were made."

"I wish the check in was easier than having to stop at the real-estate office. sending a code via email would be much easier. The place was very nice. Kitchen was amply stocked with needed items. Very peaceful to sit on the boat dock. We caught some fish! reasonable license from VA for out of state visitors. the master bedroom was nice, but wish the bed was more comfortable, too hard. enjoyed the kayaks a few times. We used the fire pit most nights and there was firewood to use. Thank you! enjoyed our 8 day stay"

"This was a terrific house! I think it was s double lot with a large, gently slopinglawn, and a ramp which made launching our kayaks easy. The downstairs has so much to entertain children through adults. The sunroom on the first floorquickly became my "happy place" with an excellent view of the lake--a great place to for morning coffee or afternoon tea."

"Check in was simple and easy. There is not a stove or oven to cook on only a microwave. You have to bring something to cook on or use the grill outside. I’m glad I brought a hot plate to cook on because at approximately 7 pm the sprinkler came on and wet the entire grill. The private beach was cute but wasn’t so private. The host that actually lives upstairs was using the beach with a friend during our stay. Also the entire place isn’t yours just the basement. The dog that he said would stay with him, he let him out on to the driveway. Whenwe returned from our store run the dog was loose and its huge. Overall we made the best of it. It was relaxing we enjoyed the pool table and the sunset/sunrise."
