"Très belle maison dans un village au calme, idéal pour visiter tout l'ouest de l'île. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, confortable. Il y a un joli jardin et la piscine est très agréable après une bonne journée de découverte de l'île. La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile et les instructions pour l'arrivée très claire. Nous y avons passé 10 jours merveilleux !!"

"We stayed here for two nights in Jardim do Mar and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very pretty location, set in a quaint little square and not far from the beach, which was lovely. The hotel itself is fairly modern and comfortable. The only downside was on the second night when we noticed some small insects in the room that had shed their wings, and a few were in the bed, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke good English, which made everything easy. Overall, despite the minor issue, it was an enjoyable stay"

"When you say Madeira, people say, hiking, activities, food. You can go to the main city Funchal, and you can do many things during your stay. When you are seeking for more calm and an stunning environment then Calheta is the place to be. A little bit outside the city you find the lovely Prazeres town, with nice trips to Port Montiz and near the coastal line you have a great place for a vacation."
