"Property is old but well maintained. The king bed is comfortable. The futon in the living area is very uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small and the ceilings are very low. Skip the continental breakfast and bring your own food or go to a restaurant. It is a pitiful selection of starch. If you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night this place is fine."

"Such a beautiful location! Had the feeling of being in a tree house. Positioned on a ridge with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was well equipped with everything needed and was comfortable and clean. A great location for day trips to explore the area. Loved it! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Gorgeous and tranquil home on Crystal Lake. We had an amazing stay at this pet friendly home at Crystal Lake and will be booking here again soon- we already miss it! The house is clean, beautiful and cozy. The owners made us feel extra special with little touches- including a little tin of dog treats with our dogs name on it as well as a wonderful bottle of Michigan Riesling. They also made feted to cover a grocery delivery fee if we wanted to have food there for our arrival. If we were staying longer, we would have done that! The hardest part for us was leaving and we can’t wait to return. The dock was wonderful, my girls kayaked in the lake, my dog was able to be on the back patio and could relax. I highly recommend this home- perfect for our family and a dog. The hosts were amazing and I had zero issues- dont pass up this slice of heaven!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host! The property was exactly as described, and was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had enough room, we were not crammed on top of each other, and there was so much to do! The host had seriously thought of everything. There was not one thing we needed that was not provided at the property. Games, every kitchen utensil you could think of, wonderful fire pit, stand up paddle boards, you name it! There was an abundance of towels, check-in process was easy, and the host was extremely responsive! The property is located in a peaceful, quiet area. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much to the host for sharing their little slice of heaven with our family!"
