"This home is the perfect place to unwind, recharge and take in all things that are important in life. Making family memories is always been top priority for us. We live in a world of hustle and bustle. This house on the lake was a great way to enjoy the sun, water, a fire with s’more’s, movie night and more. The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We would love to visit again!!!"

"The home was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. We had a small issue prior to check in but the property managers were very quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly. For anyone bringing a boat, the dock tie up is suited for a pontoon boat. We had to improvise to effectively secure our wakeboard boat. Fortunately, the cove it's a no wake zone so it wasn't a major issue."

"This property was clean and as described. We had 5 adults and 6 children sleeping comfortably. The kitchen had plenty of tools to use and there was a large refrigerator to hold our food. The fun games in the basement were a hit. We used the fire pit one night. Erika was a great host and went above and beyond helping us out. It should be noted, that the lake is about .2 miles down the road, walkable, but easier to drive. We didn't use the kayaks because it would have been difficult to get them down the road in our vehicles. I would suggest you bring fold up sports chairs so you have something to sit on when you go to the lake. I would use this place again!"

"Our stay was fantastic!! This home had everything we needed and more. We come to Lake Anna every year and Bob and Debbie were by far the best and most responsive hosts we've ever experienced. Our group had a wide age range and each person found the home and outdoor amenities enjoyable. We are looking forward to booking again in the future."

"We just returned from an amazing family getaway for the long Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful waterfront retreat. We were able to enjoy exactly what we were searching for with our group of our four children, my father, and a friend each for our children. We cooked together and enjoyed our meals in the large, well-appointed kitchen (and barbecue!), we played ping-pong and pop a shot and video games in the game rec room, hung out together to do puzzles and play games in the large family room, played in the water together on the kayaks and paddleboards, and roasted s'mores around the fire pit! Ah and the kids spent plenty of time in the hot tub! We had plenty of room to either spread out for some quiet time or all choose to be together in one place, and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. When rain kept us inside on Saturday, we were able to find plenty to do in the house to keep everyone occupied. And when dry weather and the sun found us on Sunday, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful back yard and all that the boathouse and dock had to offer us. Truly, the yard and home are pristine and the location on the water is dreamy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the owners/management were highly responsive, answering any of our questions within minutes. I am so grateful that we were able to spend the long weekend as a family and friends in this new and hospitable home!"

"House is great for large groups. We were rained in for three days, but there was plenty to do inside. Great open plan on the main level and loved the games and ping pong table. Every gathering place has a lot of space to fit a lot of people. Had we gone outside the outdoor areas look fabulous. A lot of seating and gathering areas, etc."

"The abundance of space, rooms and amenities made our family gathering a great success. Our grand parents were in awe with their master bedroom accommodations especially the great master bedroom on the main level. The second in the lower level was half the size but still comfortable. The best part of the house is the open space in the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and the living room. Of the 4 days we were there only 1 day we were able to enjoy the outdoor amenities… fire pit, canoes and the volley ball net due to the weather. We all had a great time. The only nick picking items we had were behind one of the recliner there were some small plastering fillers which needed paint overs. Secondly, we had a hard time finding the laundry mesh bags. Which we somehow missed any mentioning that it was hanging behind the laundry room door. And thirdly there was a very unflattering stain on one of the Bathroom curtain. As mentioned they are just little picky stuff when compare to all the other attribution of the place with a very well equipped kitchen, large screen tv’s, gaming tables, fire pit, canoes, volleyball net, and more which made this family gathering a very memorable one and I really appreciate the owner of the place share it with us and others. Thank you."

"Beautiful location, beautiful access to the water, excellent accommodations overall and sleeps so many if needed… We really loved everything… Guest’s would want to know to bring small things such as salt and pepper. Thank you for the laundry soap and dish soap. Would stay here again and just might."
