"This vacation house is the best I have ever been to. It is really well stocked with all you need to have an amazing visit. We come here with two families with kids. The kids love the double bunk bed room, the ping pong, foosball, kayaks, and toys and games! The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook dinner and dessert. We enjoyed movie nights and popcorn! I reached out to the host with a question or two and they responded very quickly and kindly. I also left a few swimsuits in the dryer and they sent them to me in the mail! Honestly 10 out of 10!"

"The house and property exceeded our expectations. Ample room for twenty three people. Great amenities. Adam was available for any and all questions. Loved the location as it was great for the little ones. Easy access to the lake. Great Family vacation. No one wanted to leave and kids said it was the best vacation EVER!"

"Our family was absolutely thrilled with our time in Bumpass at Dreams Come True. The hosts were available the entire time, with responses from them coming to us in record time. The pictures of the house are accurate. The organization of the house was beyond compare. There were some basic organized herbs and spices in good order. The washer and dryer were well cleaned as was the entire home. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available, in addition to noodles, a huge tube, and many sizes of life vests. There are outdoor sand toys, and floats. The kids jumped off the dock and played water wars! There are many things to do around Bumpass including hiking. We chose to visit Monticello which was an interesting place especially for our tweens. It is incredibly obvious that Chrystal and David want their guests to have a wonderful time, and make great family memories…which we did! So, gather your s’mores ingredients, and treat yourself to a deluxe vacation where you know there are NO unwelcome surprises!! We brought everything, but if we ever visit again, I am not sure I would pack what we did. P.s For those of you who have rented other places, you will understand what I am about to say. Their knives actually are sharp! We loved our stay! Thank you Chrystal and David!"

"To tell you the truth, this was our first vacation at a lake house. We usually go to the beach for our family vacations. I was a little anxious because I was not sure how the kids would like it and if there was enough for them to do. But as it turned out, this was our best vacation as a family. The kids loved it and my grandson who is handicap and can’t walk, had a blast. From kayaking to paddle boarding, movie nights and s’mores at the fire pit and ping pong tournaments, it was the best! Next time we will rent a boat so we can take the kids tubing. We were lucky enough to have friends who were down that had a boat. Can’t say enough about the host and the manager of the property. They both were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the place!"

"Such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing, private location with gorgeous views of the water and surrounding woods in a clean, uncluttered, spacious, airy-but-cozy cabin with oodles of natural light. The photos really do not do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person! The host was fantastic, friendly, helpful and just the right amount of communication and always responded to messages quickly!"
