"Quiet and clean room, all amenities were working well, convenient location, and helpful staff. However, pool and surrounding area was full of duck excrements. Property needs to clean it much more often or cover pool area with mesh enclosure."

"The hotel is obviously and very old facility that has been updated at some point. A bit tired but OK. The elevator in our wing of the hotel was broken, not sure how long, so we had to go up five flights of stairs to get to our bay view room. Nice view of the bay, once you go there. The clerk did offers us other options when we registered at the hotel, but we wanted to have the ocean view so we climbed the staris."

"Parking was a struggle and you had to pay, staff were rude and my room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in, so they told me i can stay until 1pm after check out. Day of check out room service came and was trying to get us out but we explained to him what happened during check in, when he called the front desk lady same one who told us we can stay until 1pm was claiming she never said it. Overall rooms and conditions were clean but can be updated. Would i stay again? probably not parking was a struggle and that’s the main "

"Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, a block off the beach. Poor area was nice. Cons: fold out futon was warped, kitchenette didn’t have a working light switch. Overall, compared to other places nearby, it’s an economical choice for a night."

"The doormen were not helpful and front desk woman was rude upon check in, room was dirty - hair on pillow and backboard of bed. Floor was gross - do not stay here. Pictures do not tell this story."

"The hotel was great. The staff were extremely attentive and kind. The hotel is a little oasis and the pool was fantastic. They are installing a gym and a few other amenities which will make the experience even better. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach and there are a bunch of shops and restaurants near by."
