"We felt straight at home at Beachside, perfect for the dogs in the secure garden and secure front garden by the car was a good touch too. The walk to the beach is perfect, we didn't want to leave. As others have said the microwave is a bit tricky to use, we worked it out though. We will definitely be back. The seal view cafe is a nice spot to visit and we hired a picnic boatvto explore the broads for the day which was so relaxing.It's a 30 minute walk to Hemsby along the dunes if you want arcades. Or 8 mins drive. We also visited Hirstys family park, nice maze and activities for all ages.The beach in the evenings made a nice relaxing touch to the day watching the seals Bob about and the dogs enjoyed the shallow water and mini sand islands at tide changes. Village fish and chips was so good, be prepared to order and wait 30 minutes, we ordered an popped back to the cottage while we waited, it's so close by, village shop has all you need. We took a food shop and essentials with us, Tesco is a 20 min drive. If you want a peaceful holiday this is the spot."

"The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The studio is completely separate to the main bungalow. It had its own mini kitchen which was really useful. The owner was really helpful when we had a problem with hot water in the studio and resolved it promptly. It was in a great quiet location but an easy walk into Hemsby Town for shops / food and arcades. The view over the dunes and sea from the garden is fabulous. There are several routes down to the beach . Would definitely stay there again."

"Very easy check in and a clean and tidy chalet awaiting our arrival. All comunications with our host were all answered very nicely and in a friendly manner. First time i have booked via a host and it was a good experience. The site itself has a good little shop and a cafe thats quite reasonably priced. The entertainment centre is quite a large hall and if thats your thing your sure to enjoy your evenings. The main strip of Hemsby is a short 10 - 15 min walk away. All in all its a good value comfortable place to stay. I did not find the swimming pool and there is no Laundry."
