"Screaming children in pool area right up until close at 10pm everyday, useless to my wife and me. Hot tub was not hot.Should have a couple hours for adults. Had to reset my WI-FI devices every day around 4:40 PM for some unknown reason."

"The rooms were okay. The microwave and drawers were all open and the bed looked like it was just thrown together. When I asked staff they indicated the cleaners always leave drawers and micro open and then management inspects and closes everything, which means our room was not inspected. Fire alarm in room next door went off about 5 am and was not fixed til after 6:30 am. American flag out from was torn and badly faded. Told front desk and they said they would have someone look into it. Highly doubt it was taken care of since they seemed bothered by my request. No offer of comp for the fire alarm inconvenience."

"Loved this property! Extremely clean. Great views of the river and privacy of the woods across the river. Great breezes. The color theme made the house fun to be in. TOTAL THOUGHT GIVEN TO EVERY DETAIL! I loved walking around in the house just looking at everything. Nautical theme. Beautifully maintained. Kitchen was immaculate with every appliance and utensil you could ever need and more! High ceilings. Nice utility room with washer and dryer. kureig coffee maker with coffee pods. Toaster oven. Cute dishes and mugs. There were at least 6 kayaks - life vests- water tubes. Downstairs was a screened room that had the kayak stand- water toys in box- hot tub (we didn’t use it but it was clean and running) sectional sofa, table with chairs, a griddle grill and small frig for drinks. It was a great place to hang out after kayaking. They had hoses in the back and front. Outside chairs to sit out by the river. Easy dock access for kayak launching. There is also a cut out where you can get down to the river for a swim. The owners thought of every need you may have. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice white towels and very cool bathrooms. Comfy beds with nice linens. Each bedroom had a chest of drawers and plenty of hangers in the closet - easy to clean plank flooring. Nice TV in the living room and MBR You can program your apps with your user name and pw. It’s the perfect vacation house. One thing you do need to bring- BEACH TOWELS. PROPERTY IS worth every cent"

"The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside temperature is above 80°F. So if you book this hotel and you are offered room 118, ask to change room if you want a good night sleep!"
