The property and room is cleaned.
Room is small but it is good enough for short stay to transfer to different city.
No elevator in case you have big suitcases.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities
The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia.
Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent.
These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

"Nice hotel in good position to explore Bath. Room was great but one of two lifts were out of use for duration we were staying. Not good with full hotel. Breakfast was slow and took 10mins to recieve our coffees. Food was ok but nothing special."
