Good location, okay property needs a bit of work

The location is very central in Bedford. The flat is okay, clean and fairly well presented but needs some small things to make it a bit nicer. 1. The shower head doesn't stay up high, so you struggle with that. 2. Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses and a lack of other kitchen stuff 3. Very wobbly kitchen tap 4. Unclean and smelly dishwasher. Generally bedding needs a bit of attention, and couch is not massively comfortable after a long period. As I say, nothing major, and the price is good, but it just needs a bit more refinement to make it a really good deal, none of which would be massively costly for the owner. Positives: Plenty of Parking, good central location, pleasant shared spaces.

Perfect Location

The property was in an amazing location, perfect for us. With parking on site being ideal. Close to the river, shops and restaurants. Would suggest online listing does not include air conditioning or hairdryer as neither were in the apartment.
