"This rustic hotel room was just what I needed for a relaxing stay. It had a warm, cozy feel with wooden furniture and soft lighting. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night’s sleep.
The vibe was super chilled—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for getting away from the noise.
If you’re looking to unwind in a calm, rustic setting, this place is perfect."
"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

I wasn't visiting Bedford as a tourist destination, but had a meeting there. I'm neutral about the town as a destination having visited before. There are some nice parts of the town around the river but the shopping centre seems to be in decline.

The river is this towns salvation. Great walks, eateries, especially on a sunny day.
