"This property is adequate for the price you pay. The bed was comfy, the facilities adequate. Our room was a little cramped for three of us, but we managed. We were in town for a wedding so spent very little time in our room. The guy on reception was very attentive and helped us with all our requests. "

"Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. "

"Lovely, spacious room with a great view of the river. Unfortunately the room was ridiculously warm, even with air con on as low as it would go. Mould in the shower, and the carpet didnt seem to hsvr been vacuumed properly. "
