"The room key is constantly giving me trouble. Every time I leave my room for a couple of hours and try to unlock the door, the key doesn't work. I then have to go downstairs to the front desk counter to get it fixed. Other than that, everything else with the room is fine."

"The staff was amazing! Room was clean, with great views. Air conditioning was great! The restaurant was decent! However as a Belizean, I was disappointed to find very little Belizean options. I still enjoyed my stay. Great location across from the beach with great views! I will be back!"
